An interview with Sarah and Michael after the Window Blinds Forum event. They share how the day went, what they took away for ACE Online, and why meeting customers in person still matters.
How did you both find the Window Blind Forum event went?
Sarah Grant
The event was fantastic. We had the opportunity to catch up with some of our existing customers as well as connect with potential new ones. We received a lot of positive feedback about the ACE Online system, which is always nice to hear.
Michael McCorry
It was a great chance to meet blind suppliers and others in the industry.
What do you feel was the most beneficial aspect of attending a new event to CCM ACE Ltd?
Sarah Grant
Gaining insight into the blind manufacturing process was incredibly valuable. We had the chance to speak with suppliers and better understand the products and how they’re configured. It’s important to us to try and understand how these systems are built so that we can support our customers as effectively as possible during the data input process.
Michael McCorry
The most beneficial aspect of attending this event was showcasing the latest update to ACE, Blinds. It was also valuable to gain feedback directly from industry professionals.
Do you feel the Window Blind Forum event was successful for the development of ACE Online?
Sarah Grant
Absolutely. One of our main goals for attending was to gather feedback and insights from across the industry. ACE Online continues to evolve based on the valuable input we receive from our loyal customer base, and events like this are key to that ongoing development.
Michael McCorry
100%. The feedback we gained from potential clients and users of ACE has helped us launch Blinds.
What was your favourite part about attending the event?
Sarah Grant
The face-to-face interactions. While it’s productive to be behind the desk getting work done, nothing beats meeting people in person. Those personal conversations offer great insight and are always a highlight for me.
Michael McCorry
It’s always refreshing seeing clients face-to-face and also meeting new people who are interested in our systems.
